Truman State Park is one of our favorite parks in Missouri to camp and hike. There are a variety of activities to keep you busy during your stay. There are swim beaches and playgrounds available. The Park offers primitive sites along with 30 and 50 amp electric sites.
Hiking
The park offers three great hiking trails, all with beautiful views. They are the Wildflower Trail, the Bluff Ridge Trail, and the 1000th Mile Trail (formerly Cedar Bluff Trail). We will offer more details on a stand alone post.
Marina
The Park also offers a full service marina. Boat slips are available for year round rental or temporary. The marina also has a store offering a variety of items from fishing bait to clothing and snacks. In addition, the Marina offers a small restaurant with a grill and bar.
